Fun in the Snow!!

We awoke this morning to the sight of snow on the ground. The kids have been looking forward to this since the weather turned cool. It was a heavy, wet snow 1 or 2 inches deep. When you're little, any snow is a big deal. Shortly after breakfast was over they bundled up and headed out. I had them dressed so well they could have rolled down the hill without a sled! :) Oh well, that's what mom's are for, right? Anyway, here's some pictures of the fun.

Ethan's giant snowball.

The girls are making snow angels.

Lovin' every minute.

Justin doesn't care about it, yet.

Also, a big shout out to my mom and dad. They are celebrating their 34th wedding anniversary today. I'm sure they are reflecting back on that day of bliss and the blizzard that came that day. I mean the weather! :)

I remember those days--getting everyone bundled up, out the door, and in five minutes back in the door to un-bundle for a visit to the bathroom! Looks like they had a blast.
